Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on VTC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on VTC's website

4. Credits and Payments

VTC uses a credit-based system for accessing premium content. Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Credits do not expire and can be used to skip advertisements when watching video content. Refunds for unused credits may be available within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

5. Content Access

VTC provides access to video training content. You may watch videos with advertisements for free, or use credits to skip advertisements and watch videos immediately.

All content is provided for educational purposes only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or share video content without explicit written permission from VTC.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on VTC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of VTC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on VTC's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. VTC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
